Vždycky mě fascinovalo propojení ateliéru a přírody. Proto, když mě oslovila tanečnice Anička Šitnerová, měl jsem hned jasnou vizi, jak její fotky budou vypadat. Inspirován fotkami fotografky Annie Leibovitz ( inspirace zde ) jsem vyrazil hledat březový háj, do kterého bych zasadil fotografický ateliér. Po hodině a půl bloumání lesem, jsem HO našel. Nebyl to sice přímo březový háj, ale pro naše účely to bylo místo jako dělaný!

V den focení nám vyšlo skvěle počasí. Nebyla ani zima, ani horko a celou scénu lehce osvěcovali sluneční paprsky. Ačkoliv se na první pohled může zdát, že jsem nepoužil blesk, opak je pravdou. Pomocí blesku jsem vyplnil stíny a ve spojení s přirozeným světlem doplnil tak jedinečnou atmosféru těchto fotografií.

A výsledek? Ten posuďte sami…

I’ve always been facinated by the connection between the studio and nature. So dancer Anička Šitnerová approached me, I had an immediate clear vision of what her photos should look like. Inspirated by the photos from Annie Leibovitz ( inspiration here ) I started looking for a birch grove to which I‘d situate a photographic studio. After wandering in the woods for an hour and half I’ve found the perfect place. Though it wasn’t directly a birch grove it was the exact place for our purposes.

On the day of schooting the weather was great. It was neither cold or hot and the sun rays enlightened the whole scene. Although at first glance it may seem that I did not use a flashlight but it was the other way around. Using the flashlight I filled the shadows and in connection with the natural light it added a unique atmosphere to these photos.

And the result? You are the ones to judge ..
